Reba has lived her whole life
in Washington County, which is a part of Northwest Arkansas. She was
originally hired
as a house keeper in June of 1989. When she first arrived at Terra she
had never worked in clay before. Under Rita Ward’s tutelage, Reba’s
creativity flourished. |

| She
currently makes animal sculptures, plaques, wall pockets, garden goddesses,
and many other items. Reba said that the things she likes the most about
Terra are the friendly people and being able to work in clay. She liked
to draw when she was in high school, but she prefers to work in clay.

She
says she loves to create all kinds of animals. She often studies photographs
of animals before she forms her sculptures. Some of them are very realistic,
while others are very silly. The silly ones are easy to pick out, just
look for the bikini wearing frogs and pigs. Currently, Reba is learning
to master the wheel. |
